# What is a Manual Order?

A Manual Order allows you to create and customize orders directly from the Shopify admin. This feature is especially useful for managing orders, applying discounts, and creating custom pricing for wholesale customers without needing them to place the order themselves through the online store.

**How do I use Manual Order?**

1. **Create a New Order**:  Go to Shopify Admin > Orders > Draft Orders and Click on "Create order" to start a new draft order.<br>

2. **Add Products**: Browse or search for the products you want to include in the order, and adjust quantities as needed.<br>

3. **Add Customer**: Select the customer for whom you’re creating the order and **save the order**.<br>

4. **Apply Wholesale Discount**: Click on More Action and Use the "Apply Wholesale Discount" option to add discounts to the order, giving wholesale pricing (set from the app) for specific customers.<br>

5. **Complete the Order**: After applying the wholesale discount, click on "Refresh Draft Order" to update the order with the new discounted prices.<br>

   **After the refresh, you will see the Wholesale Discount being applied as per the rules you set from our app.**<br>
